Can someone block with a throwing weapon. I can't seem to find anything in the rule book that says you can't but i would just like to make sure.

I believe it states in the weapons construction section of the rule book that thrown weapons can never be used as melee weapons, so if you mean blocking a melee weapon with it then no you can't.
